Applying for a Seat: Complete the School Bus Application Form. If a seat becomes available, you will be notified by email with a seat offer.
Registration and Payment: Your student will be added to the roster, and applicable fees will be added to Skyward. Families will have 48 hours to pay the fees in full.
Bus Behavior Expectations: Print and complete the School Bus Behavior Expectations document and return it to the school office.
Monthly Cost Per Student
Please note: The number of school days varies from month to month. The annual cost has been calculated for the full school year and divided into equal monthly payments for convenience. School breaks, holidays, and other schedules days off are already included in the annual calculation.

We're committed to providing safe, reliable transportation for our students. Below you'll find important information about bus schedules, pickup and drop-off, walking passes, safety, and bus behavior expectations.
Emergency Drills
As required by the state, APA conducts emergency evacutation drills twice each year.
Bus Cameras
All buses are equipped with closed-circuit cameras to support safety and accountability.
Some APA bus drivers are full-time APA employees, while others are contracted employees.

The bus driver may deny or restrict these activities at any time based on safety or other circumstances.
Bus behavior expectations are similar to APA classroom bheavior expectations. However, additional consequences may be necessary to maintain a safe transportation environment.

If your student experiences or witnesses a problem on the bus, please report it to:

When a concern is reported, APA will work with the student and staff to identify those involved, conduct interviews, document the concern, and follow up until the issue is resolved.
Left Something on the Bus?
If your student leaves an item on the bus, they should check with the office and/or the bus driver.
Lost items may remain on the bus so the driver can return them to the student, or they may be turned in to the front desk.
