Skyward & ALMA
If you haven’t finished your Skyward registration, please complete it as soon as possible — it’s where enrollment and handbook acknowledgments live.
ALMA is our online grading platform, available 24 hours a day. Families new to APA will receive an email with a link to set up a username and password. A physical copy of the Parent-Student Handbook is coming home with your student — you can also view the Eagle Mountain Parent-Student Handbook and Core Policy Manual online anytime.
Not receiving school emails? Contact ashupe@apamail.org so we can get your address recorded correctly.

Getting Involved — We’d Love Your Help
There’s a place for every kind of family here — in the classroom, at events, on committees, or helping from home. Our full guide to volunteering covers all of it, including what it means to be a Founding Family this first year: Getting Involved at APA Eagle Mountain.
One role we’re still filling: every class needs an Academic Support Team leader — a parent who helps the homeroom teacher stay ahead of the small things that add up. Recruiting classroom volunteers, correcting papers from home, lining up chaperones for field trips, and culminating activities. About 30–60 minutes a month, most of it on your own schedule.
Interested? Contact Amber Shupe, Administrative Director.
Spread the Word
We still have open seats in every grade, but with another handful of students between 2nd and 3rd grade, we can split those classes and give every student a remarkably small class size.
APA Eagle Mountain is tuition-free, open enrollment, and serves K–6 families across Cedar Fort, Eagle Mountain, White Hills, and Firefly. If you know a family considering a change, send them our way — or invite them to one of our weekly meetings below.
