We are seeking qualified teacher applicants and other specialists.
Elementary teachers
Jr. High teachers:
Academic subject areas (English, Math, History, Latin, Science) and performing arts (music, choral, instrumental).
Successful candidates will be:
1. Energetic, enthusiastic and committed to student success 2. Licensed in Utah or qualified to be licensed through the ARL program 3. Able to work well in a teamwork environment, including participation in a coaching model for teaching

3. You will be contacted via email for an appointment at our West Valley School for a tour and screening interview. Please allow 2 hours for this process. 4. If you feel our school is a good fit with your education philosophy, fill out an application, teaching philosophy survey and your teaching philosophy survey (found on our website, below) and submit to the school or you may bring the completed application with you to the tour.
Ideally candidates will complete the school tour/screening interview by Friday, May 21st.
Specialist Positions:
Each year at American Prep we hire specialists to assist our staff with important tasks. Children of specialists receive staff priority at the Draper Campus only. Please read the entire Job Description to ensure you can fulfill the tasks listed as well as the time commitment outlined. If you would like to be considered for one of our specialist positions, fill out an employment application and indicate which specialist job you would like to be considered for. Hiring for the specialist positions will begin in June and end when all the positions have been filled.
